Supporting and Promoting Mathematical Thinking

This 2-day workshop (the first day was on Friday 24 February) aims to develop a shared discourse between various parties dedicated to mathematical thinking – mathematicians, mathematics educators, mathematics teachers and students. The focus will be 

o mathematical actions that constitute and advance mathematical thinking; and 
o pedagogical actions that support and promote mathematical thinking.
