Nicky Rushton

Nicky taught at her first school in Suffolk for two years before moving to Cambridge Assessment, where she initially worked on developing the underlying maths framework for a formative assessment product and also writing and editing maths questions for it. After that she worked on university admissions testing for a few years, and was responsible for the STEP Mathematics entrance exam. For the past 10 years she worked as a researcher for Cambridge Assessment, specialising in the comparability of examinations and comparing qualifications and education systems across different jurisdictions.
